All award entries will be confidentially uploaded via the awards website to a ‘Dropbox’ system;
  • All entries will be judged on exactly the same format and layout.
  • No physical award submissions will be accepted.
  • Each award CATEGORY will be clearly listed.
  • Each individual judge will be issued with a secure login and password for access to award entries.
  • Entries will have a unique reference number as their identity, judges will not be aware of what agency have submitted the award entry.
  • All entries and attachments will be securely backed-up.
  • Each judge selects their own particular score sheets (for the categories they are judging) and scores accordingly.
  • Judges will have the facility to go into their particular section as many times as required until judging is completed and final scores and feedback are submitted.
  • Judges will carry out all judging online over a six week period, commencing from the week of 12th September through to 21st October 2022.
  • Judges scores will be collated, compiled and ratified to produce an agreed short-list of finalists for each category in Gold, Silver and Bronze.
  • The decision of the judges in all matters relating to the awards will be final and binding and absolutely no correspondence will be entered into.
  • Due to the large number of entries no feedback will be given to any agency regarding their entries.
SCORING

The Maximum possible score is 100%.

These are CREATIVE awards and will be scored as such.

Each award entry however will be asked to enter an overview of the client brief and the approach taken. This is mandatory information to ‘set the scene’ for the judges. No points are awarded for this section.

CREATIVE EXECUTION OF YOUR CAMPAIGN

Up to EIGHT pieces of creative collateral can be submitted with each award entry.
This material should include (where applicable):

  • Communication materials
  • Adverts (print, audio or video files)
  • Images
  • Finished artwork
  • Web references/web impressions
