Judging Process

All award entries will be confidentially uploaded via the awards website to a ‘Dropbox’ system

  • All entries will be judged on exactly the same format and layout
  • No physical award submissions will be accepted
  • Each award CATEGORY will be clearly listed
  • Each individual judge will be issued with a secure login and password for access to award entries
  • All entries and attachments will be securely backed-up
  • Each judge selects their own particular score sheets (for the categories they are judging) and scores accordingly
  • Judges will have the facility to go into their particular section as many times as required until judging is completed and final scores and feedback is submitted
  • Judges will carry out all judging online over a six week period, commencing from the week of 14th August 2017 through to 22nd September 2017
  • Judges scores will be collated, compiled and ratified to produce an agreed short-list of finalists for each category in Gold, Silver and Bronze
  • The decision of the judges in all matters relating to the awards will be final and binding and absolutely no correspondence will be entered into
  • Due to the large number of entries no feedback will be given to any agency regarding their entries
